This page says what this website knows about you, in plain language. The controller of that information is Aristeon Technologies, reachable on the numbers on the contact page.
What the site collects
Nothing, until you choose to write to us. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking of any kind on these pages.
The enquiry form
If you send the form, we receive exactly what you typed: your name, the business name if you gave one, a way to reply to you, and your message. It arrives in our email and stays there while we work together or until you ask us to delete it. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. It is never sold, shared or added to a mailing list.
WhatsApp and phone calls
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation runs on Meta's service under Meta's own terms, like every WhatsApp chat. A phone call runs through your carrier. We keep those conversations to answer you and to do the work you ask for.
Cookies
One cookie at most: your language choice, if you switch language, so the site opens in the right one next time. It identifies nobody and tracks nothing, which is why there is no cookie banner to click.
Hosting
The site runs on Vercel, which keeps short-lived technical logs, for example the address a request came from, to run and protect the service. Vercel processes these under its own GDPR commitments.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to us on WhatsApp and it happens. If you believe we handled your information badly, you can complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus at dataprotection.gov.cy.
